• Where is the store based?

• Does you shipping come with a tracking number?

  Yes, all of our shipments will come with a tracking number at NO extra charge.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept orders from any part of the world!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1-7 business days to be processed. Depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  All major credit cards with PayPal. If you would like to pay with Western Union and MoneyGram, please email contact us by email.

• Why am I charged taxes upon receiving my items?

  Please understand that we are not familiar with the custom duty regulations of every country and therefore we cannot calculate tax amount charged before dispatching the item. Moreover, custom duty is every citizen's responsibility and therefore we cannot held responsibility for our customer's custom duty.

• Can you mark item as gift and under certain value?

  We will mark all items dispatched as gift unless you ask to mark as merchandise.

• Does the displayed in stock number reflects the actual inventory in stock?

  No. Since we have other online stores, the displayed in stock number does not reflect the actual inventory we have. If item is out of stock after purchase, a refund will be issued immediately.

• Are you hiring promoters or fashion bloggers?

  We are always looking for fashion bloggers and promoters. If you have at least 3,000 followers on any social media (facebook/instagra/tumblr/twitter) and you want to make some free cash to shop or you want new clothes, please email us at [email protected] to apply.

• Lost parcels?

  Items can be lost or stolen during delivery. Please make sure your mailbox is secure and you shoulder talk to the mail man to make sure they leave a card to pickup at your door if your are not on the premise during delivery. We are not responsible for any lost mail if tracking status shows item as delivered.

• Cancellation policy

  We only accept order cancellation within 2 days of purchase. All order cancellation will not be accepted after this period.
